Registrations are now open (12/01/2026) on the Azur Colloque platform:

Registration Process
- Pre-registration Fill out the pre-order form on the Azur Colloque website. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Validation The conference organizers will review and validate your pre-registration.
- Final Registration & Payment Once validated, finalize your registration and pay online (credit card preferred).
After Registration
- If you wish to submit a poster abstract or flash presentation, email: difsol3@sciencesconf.org.
- Students: If you know, please indicate your roommate’s name by email to difsol3@sciencesconf.org.
- CNRS staff should contact their regional delegation for travel expenses
- Shuttle service: If you need a shuttle from Toulon train station or Toulon airport on Sunday, May 17th, please indicate your request by email (difsol3@sciencesconf.org). Please note that shuttle availability is not guaranteed.
Fees (tax-exempt):
- Students: 800€
- Academics: 950€
- Non academics: 1200€
- CNRS staff and lecturers: Registration is free
Included: Classes and full-board accommodation (double room for students, single room for others) from May 17th (afternoon) to May 22nd (afternoon).
Important Notes
- Limited spots: Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after final payment.
- Cancellation: If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, notify the organizers before the event ends. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
- Registration closes on April 11th.
